About Andrew LaCivita

After consulting for nearly 20 years, Andrew LaCivita created milewalk in 2004, a Chicago-based executive search and human capital consulting organization that specializes in matching top quality information technology and strategic professionals with high-caliber companies. During his consulting career, he focused on building strong organizational teams to spearhead companies into successful and long-lasting profitable entities. Spending the first half of his career with Accenture, he managed multimillion-dollar consulting projects with diverse resources. In 1998, he had an opportunity to play an instrumental role in developing the vision and foundation for Inforte Corporation. As an integral member of the executive team, he helped grow Inforte from a $5 million company to a $60 million industry competitor in five years while also securing operations for Inforte's future stability as a public company. More recently, Andrew was recruited to Fathom Solutions (currently Cognizant Technology Solutions) for his visionary capabilities and proven record of championing business and organizational development. Over the course of his career, Andrew has partnered with more than 90 clients from a variety industries including Business Services; Chemicals, Energy & Utilities; Communications; Consumer Products; Financial Service; Insurance; Manufacturing; Media; Professional Services; Software; Technology; and Travel and Leisure.
