To date, Advantech has achieved much of its success through the recruiting engine and processes built around candidate sourcing, screening and closing. Through the years, the Advantech sales team has been able to apply the credibility of the company across the Chicagoland market, creating great opportunities for candidates. Capturing the message of success and carrying it forward to candidates will be the primary objective of this position. Responsibilities: Building new relationships and positioning Advantech as an employer of choice in candidate pools and populations are the core responsibilities of the Recruiter.
